Cambodian black granite has similar properties to other common granite:

• Long product life, almost lifetime use but easy to clean.
• The porosity is less than 0.4% so it is impermeable to liquids.

• Background color: Black blended particles.
• Specific gravity: 2,960 Kg / m3.
• Durability: 2696 Kg / cm2.
• Hardness: 6.5.

On the market today, there are many lines similar to Cambodian black granite. But in fact it is dyed black on the surface and looks like the original stone. Therefore, it is possible to divide Cambodian black stone into 3 types:

• Type 1: Beautiful original imported stone, all, without any furrows, spots or cracks.
• Type 2: The stone with one or more thread of thread is seen called tiny veins, visible to see the century.
• Type 3: Stone with the same structure as the original stone but dyed black on the surface to make it more beautiful

If dyed stone is used, the retention time of the stone should not be as long as the original black stone. The strength and bearing capacity of the rocks are also very different so you have to be very careful in choosing stones. If you want to use good quality stone, you should look to reputable domestic stone import facilities. The price of natural Cambodian black granite will surely be higher than that of dyed and artificial stones.
