However, the key and core technology of laminated countertop is the bonding seam. If the processing is not good and the level of seamlessness cannot be achieved, the processed countertop is worse than that without laminated, and it is better to make a 20mm countertop. 1.The bottom side of the laminated countertop is not allowed to collapse. If the edge chipping will definitely affect the quality of the bonding joint.

2.To avoid the chipping of the bottom side of the countertop by grinding;

Griding the bonding area to increase the roughness and improve the adhesion between the countertop and the laminated strip.

3.The performance of the glue should be good enough, and the color of the glue is basically the same as the color of the stone to be bonded, or slightly lighter than the stone.

If the performance and quality of the countertop bonding glue is poor, the color of the glue is not good or discolored, it will greatly affect the quality of the seamless countertop edge. Will be difficult for customers to accept.

4.Matching the color between the laminated strip and the countertop to make sure the color of the laminated strip is consistent with the countertop.

5. Checking whether the color, texture and gap of the laminated strip and the counter top are consistent or not before applying laminating glue.

6.To clean the bottom sied of countertop and make sure the laminated strip are clean and dry, so that the surface does not affect the bonding strength of the glue, and no dirt affects the effect of the bonding seam, then the bonding seam will not turn black or yellow.

7.The glue should be uniform and thin. Too thick or too little will affect the strength of the bond.

8.Gluing the laminated strip to the countertop. When bonding, in order to make the glue on top and the bonding strip uniform, move the bonding strip back and forth on the countertop to be bonded, so that the glue is fully mixed.

9.After bonding the adhesive strip to the countertop, in order to make the gap between the adhesive strip and the countertop smaller and the adhesive force stronger, clamp the countertop and the adhesive strip with clips, and add a clip every 200mm distance.

10.Do not take away the laminated strip immediately, let it stand for half an hour, and then move and take it away after the glue is completely cured. When the glue is cured, cleaning up the excess glue on the surface before the glue is cured

11.For the inspection of the laminated countertop, focus on checking the size of the bonding gap, whether the color is consistent with the stone, and whether the glue is discolored.
